I had a great first experience, and had suggested this company to many friends. Unfortunately, I tried to order a bridesmaid dress last month, my card was charged, but the company didn’t have a record of the order. After roughly 20 emails and multiple calls from me, it took my credit card company calling for them to look into the error. Once the charge was voided, I tried again and they would not honor the original promo code stating it didn’t apply to that dress, though weeks prior my card was charged 74 not 99 (which is evidence the promo code had worked). I’m so frustrated because each contact felt like I was being treated dishonest, but none of the errors were my own.
